Loved it! ! Hilarious!

Put me in a supermarket and unless I have a specific shopping list from my Watson, (he's the chef in our house) I end up facing those aisles like a headless chicken. I usually just follow him round with a trolley. He he, I'll blame you for the odd look he gets on his face when I burst out laughing next time I spot tinned sausages in Tesco. ;-) This was fun to read!

O MY GOD THAT'S A GREAT ENDING! you wrote it really well, i was thinking i might have gotten bored with just the bits about what they buy, but i didn't at all because you put just the right amount of detail in there and it made it so vivid a read i loved it !

in-character. well written, i can see johns embarassment about sherlocks behaviour while this little scene is playing in my head :) and the security guard was not thaat wrong to call sherlock special, though i guess it was an understated way of calling him crazy or mentally disabled;)

"I like green." I was laughing so hard, I had to stop reading for a minute! This was probably my favorite part.

My other favorite part was the whole scene with John and Sherlock and the security guard and the customer. I like when John apologizes for Sherlock. :)

Hmm...there were a few words wrongly used or mis-spelled scattered throughout your fic, but they were no more than momentary distractions from the enjoyment I got from your writing.

Because I can't log in to the site at present (the site owner is - hopefully - aware of my frustration) I can't email you privately which makes me more circumspect than I would normally be in sending detailed feedback.

That said, I always judge fic on whether I could actually see the scenes written on screen, and, in this case, it's a definite 'yes'.

John and Sherlock shopping should definitely feature in the next series and they should take their guidance as to how to write that scene from this fic. It was perfectly observed, very much in canon character-wise and (perhaps?) with a nod to the 'John vs self-service till' scene already featured, more-or-less canon.
