Hmm this chapter irks me. First off he would in no way "cower before her rage," nor would she be able to punch him without being able to react. It's displayed that his reaction time and brain processes things at such a rate that humans just don't move fast enough for that to be possible. And he is so old, been so much, caused so much death and destruction, that Shepard's "rage" would look like a small child throwing a tantrum . . .
And second when he is displaying signs of remembering this place, and then says they need to leave urgently, why the fuck is Shepard so dismissive of him? She knows that he knows his shit, and that she is clueless. Ergo, listen to him and get the fuck out you potato.

Ok story starting to come apart with these plot holes. I get you don't want to make a SI and instead an OP OC who gets accepted into Shepard's crew without opposition but seriously? The dude was sitting on his ass on Earth for 50,000 years doing absolutely nothing, leaves Earth when space flight is invented, and decides to be Superman while ignoring Galactic events for a good 30 years. How I know that? The fact he needs to be brought up to date by Shepard and asks about Council reaction to the Reapers... you really need to rethink your fic and rewrite it from ground up

50K years he had and you tell me he is going to stop the Reapers I mean is he even trying? to fight them he could have change human history for in those 50K years, He had on earth. I mean he is supposed to be advanced and Very wise he is IMMORTAL! live for two cycles did nothing but hide his ass until the reaper harvest is close I mean very close he only come out after Collector base is destroyed. Where is the common sense and Rationality?!. He change Nothing in 50K years he had to prepare against the Reapers.

For an immortal being that survived two Reaper Cycles, your character is awfully incompetent. Or is this just the result of forced narrative and bad writing?

Characters talking in CAPITAL LETTERS is VERY ANNOYING. Just use the italics to emphasize like you've already done.
