The way you wrote the story was just touching, without the first part looking just like a flashback. I seriously loved it! And way you wrote Cloud and Sephiroth was good.

Oh, and sorry about your friend. I'm sure he liked this too. In fact, I think he was the one who gave you this idea. .

This was heart-wrenching. I love it hardcore! I really enjoy the pacing of everything and how it flowed out to the end without being a blatant flashback.

This is a beautiful story, I love it.

You know what's funny? A Perfect Circle is the band that I've always associated with these characters and this pairing, mostly because all their songs are so hopelessly messed up and melancholic, without ever losing that touch of 'creepy!' underneath. It's perfect for Cloud and Sephiroth in my opinion xD (the song 'Passive' reminds me of their relationship especially). Gah, I love that band so much and Maynard J.K. wrote some of the most fantastic lyrics ever, that man is a musical genius, imo :3

Anyway, back on topic! This is one of the best oneshots I've read as of late. Really liked how you portrayed the characters, and I'd love to see more of this pairing from you with such compelling characterizations _

That was just so beautiful...I really think this is your best fic yet, you quite literally 'painted' with words. Makes me want to pick up my pastels again, and draw something. Perhaps some fan art! :)

Wow...I'm truly amazed. Your writing is one of the most beautiful I've come across.

You use very simple words but it's got that little "poetic" feeling : "...hair, long and flowing, silver-white like moonbeams that had danced on the ocean of Cloud's blue eyes for years" is simply WOW !

The image of the moonbeams and the ocean was truly breath-taking.

What I love too is that this poetic writing does not disappear in the lemon part. I have to admit, some people write lemon that resemble hentai, others make a better job and give a lot of details that manage not to sound too obscene and put in a bit of "fluffy love".

But yours was ... poetic xD

When you described Sephiroth's feelings as he came, you used the metaphor of the beach/sand/tide and I could really feel the sheer feeling (though I'm not a guy xDD) and it wasn't obscene at all believe me...

Well I think I wrote a little too much but I've truly LOVED your O-S. Please write more ! :D
