Yeah you lost me with addition of Ginny to the crossover and to a lesser extent Ron and Hermione. I was fine with Sirius if close to the edge of my acceptance. further please put in the boiler-plate statement that is the summary that it is a Harry/Ginny pairing to save those who despise the pairing their time invested in a story they might/probably will drop once they find out the pairing.

so far the story has been decent except for the OOC Harry spilling his past at the drop of a hat scenes despite earlier chapters stating he rarely if ever speaks. the other bad part is the for me massively off-putting Ginny pairing. the relationship never made sense to me she was a fangirl they typically are not stable life partners, then there's the Oedipus thing that makes the relationship extra creepy. that's not even touching the hinted at love/jealousy (monster in the chest is not love that's jealousy) potions that she/her mother might/might not have used (the speed that Ginny goes from sister figure to love interest for Harry is also VERY suspicious)

Ugh... He was barely with Ginny for 2 months... There was no "truly and deeply in love".

I don't want to disturb the Aragorn/Arwen pairing... but I totally want to see Harry hardcore flirting with her just for fun. Like, even she knows it's more to annoy Aragorn and Elrond than any meaningful advances.

Definitely "the killing floor" to quote some old blues tune... but this time as the plot got killed as well as some characrter arcs. Makeout scene, dancing, only to lose all touch with his sixth spidey sense you had Harry have... and just happen to not notice and ignore witch king focusing and coming in for the kill. Sigh. You can always when writers stresd takes over a scene.

That final scene was cute and all. Sirius is where? 2 wizards and a witch..Gandalf, Ginnt, Harry ...Sirius?

Odd reason for expecto patronis to not work, but useful for unveiling more backstory. Thor as GG? Why not.

Wonder if Harry will appreciate being nit told FOR YEARS by half the fellowship where serious was. Certainly agree he might use crucious.. especially given frustration. In the end he was like Sirius. Desling with the wizard rather tham jmmediately caring for his new charge.

Just like Harry has not made a difference as of yet in anything, so to has the confrontation in rohan failed to add anything...

Whilst Ginny and Co are now in arda, I'm kinda miffed at the lack of changes despite this being a crossover. Will there be any or will this still end up a mostly spectator story?

I have to admit that I was quite disappointed in the ending. It seemed like a complete cop-out. There were times where you had done so well and then you decided to end it on a character that we had no connection with and didn’t bring anything to the story. There were times where I couldn’t see because I was crying from laughing so hard. I skipped over so much of this last chapter because I didn’t care about what this character was thinking or feeling. I had no emotions invested in him.

Decent read until the self insert became the defacto focus of the story. Had to stop reading when every scene became more a way to work him into the movie scenes than actually tell a crossover hp/lotr story. Thanks for the very entertaining first half of the story.
