I like this. Would also love to see a follow up where John gets to meet the Doctor.

This makes me want a whole lot of Martha joining life at Baker street, the Doctor occasionally vworp-ing into the living room, and the Birds Of A Feather swapping places and running around with the counterpart's tall-obnoxious-genius for indefinite periods of time, merely waiting for the BigHairs to notice the switch. As brilliantly pointed out, each could fill in for the other with very little hitch.

This is awesome and adorable. I love how they keep talking about their respective love interest's similarities, BECAUSE IT'S TOTALLY TRUE. Sooooooooooooo similar. Most people do crossovers where the Doctor and Sherlock meet, but it's always nice to see someone writing a story about John or the companions.

That was absolutely GORGEOUS. I love this story! It's funny, and completely spot on, and man, this story... I couldn't stop laughing. Great job, mate.

Oh my god this is just what I needed. I just read a super sad crossover and John DIED! He DIED! And he and Sherlock Holmes were all married and he just died. So this has been a major pick me up. Majorly.

... Well, maybe. I wouldn't like to break up the fantastic partnership between John and Sherlock, but dammit, Martha DESERVES a guy who actually appreciates her, and isn't constantly moping about Rose. (Saw a few episodes with her; didn't even compare to those with Martha or Donna).

But yeah, the image of Martha and John commiserating in a dark, dank bar is precious. But, "Oh, Sherlock, you didn't see that she has a brother, too!" Tsk, tsk, tsk, there's always something.

By the way, for no particular reason at all, I read your entire profile. Phew. You've definitely got some great points on there about why Twilight and Harry Potter (everyone KNOWS that Mrs. Weasley kicks the (later sparkly) crap out of Bella when it comes to female role models. Go Molly go!).

Hil-ar-i-ous! I normally don't go in for stories that aren't really about the main characters (aka, Doctor and Sherlock), but these characters match up so well that it makes it really great. Great writing and good character alignment. Those two really do have so much in common!

Holy moly. This story fulfills all my life goals and wishes. It's all I've ever wanted in life. I JUST LOVE YOUR MARTHA. AND YOUR JOHN.
