Just because they are jinchurikis doesn't mean they are some of the most powerful people in the world, there are many shinobi stronger than the majority, if not the entirety of the jinchurikis. Take the akatsuki for example most of their members were stronger than the jinchuriki, pein was stronger than all of them, and before anybody says something about naruto being stronger, the only reason he beat nagato was because of sage mode, and kyuubis chakra, though sage mode played a bigger part. While technically naruto is stronger, sage mode is like sasukes cursed seal, it is not their power, it is an outside chakra used to make themselves stronger, with naruto using nature chakra and sasuke using corrupted nature chakra (though I'm not positive about the sorce of the cursed seals power). Without sage mode though I have no doubt that pein would have killed naruto within 20 minutes at most.

I really like your ideas although I think you may have put too much power too fast.

Jin no Kage (King of the Shadows). This is Yugito, the Joo no Neko (Queen of Cats) backwards it should be Kage no Jin and Neko no Joou. the "no" should be viewed more as a 's So Jin no Kage translates to King's Shadow or shadow of the kings.
