I know this story is old but I liked it and wasnted to bring up something that I thought would have been an interesting twist that I had hoped you would touch on but never did. IF this ending incorperated the two chapters were Nero was a Djinn then that could have been used in parts of it- given that you mentioned how his Bringer was absorbing the energy he produced in that state and he can use what he absorbs I thought it would have been pretty cool if one of them had shouted a wish in frustration only for him to actually grant it. Probably would have worn him out but if the had wished for a way to kill the demons or keep them back then he likely would have considered it worth it. Might have even been able to get Credo and Vergil out too.

Love the story though, turned out great.

What a wonderful way to end it all, and yeah the adventure is never over for these guys. To bad about Vergil and Credo, but at they got Dante and Dark back so mission accomplished. Good job.

Aww, poor Dante... :( I bet he's going to kick himself pretty hard over this one, when he figures out it was kind of his fault.

Loved the witty banter between them, how they were all sort of ganging up on Dante, there; very in-character for Lady and Trish. XD

This was another really good chapter; it's nice to see Nero's interactions with the others, as well. I imagine it was something of a challenge, given the fact that we don't see him interact with Trish in the game very much (only a couple of minutes, at most).

Hmm...a visit to the hospital could be dangerous for someone like Nero; I guess I'll see what comes, next.

This was a very touching chapter. I think you illuminated the confrontation between Credo and Nero perfectly; likewise, I never believed Nero was approaching to deliver the final blow. I kind of figured he was approaching cautiously, perhaps in the hopes of talking things out.

It's sad how it all went down, but at the very least, Credo tried to make up for what he'd done.

I have such a lump in my throat right now, though; I could just cry for Nero. I'm so glad Dante came to his aid.

This was a cute little seasonal scene. :) Gotta love the warm fuzzies that come with that time of year.
