Very TL;DR because I'm on mobile and I don't know how much I'm writing and I'm sorry.

All of this. I love absolutely all of this; this entire story. You have an amazing way of writing; it's in a manner that seems almost vague, but not as much in the sense of lacking substance but of... choice brevity? You leave it, mostly, to the audience to read behind the lines of what it means when character A stares expressionlessly as character B sweeps out of the room with a smile, the character voices are all so distinct and I absolutely love how individual the character relations are because it's REAL - Nel and Ichigo (can I just mention the one early scene where Nel laughs and tells him that she isn't the one he should be looking at [in that way]? Because it is such love), Di Roy and Ichigo, Shawlong and Ichigo, Aaroniero. Your writing is almost dreamlike, quiet, with the italicised 'flashbacks' and it's not vivid in that the audience can picture absolutely everything from the specks on the concrete to the colour of the sky in perfect detail but more like the characters ARE the focus, the only sharp points in a greying setting that slowly becomes more familiar the more Ichigo goes there, and... When a character leaves and you see the character left behind and their expression and reaction, where they're sagging tiredly against the wall or they're smirking in victory or glaring. There are so many things I could say, it's ridiculous, and this isn't even really including characterisation. When you say a character smiles, or narrows their eyes or grits their teeth, you can honestly see it.

Wonderweiss. SOS.

Here, I love basically all the Arrancar so much - Nel, with her exuberance and innocence beautiful as she is and with no filter (thanks Pesche) who is just new but at the same time so reassuring and 'a mix of everyone Ichigo knows.' You can feel it really well. And Grimmjow's DISCIPLINE throughout the fic, from managing his club to telling Ichigo to keep studying with his birthday present I mean study incentive sword (until later on, but the reveal of how long Grimmjow had been... waiting for Ichigo... just FITS). I almost wish that their swords can come into more frequent appearance, and Tensa Zangetsu as a CHARACTER - so ironically passed over, which I think is amazing considering how important he is in canon, an element of Ichigo's life that in this AU Ichigo never really considered he could be - was incredible. 'Hollow Ichigo' (I don't think this is really an appropriate thing to still be calling him, but) just works, mocking Ichigo about his celibacy and taunting him to let him be in control so they can finally let loose.

Di Roy is amazing. Even after reading everything, I still remember on the day of the ... tournament?... when he sniffed Ichigo with his heightened tension and everything and only commented that he shouldn't have bothered putting anything nice on, and it just stuck out to me. Lulu seemed a little off to me for a moment because HMM, kind nurse person, Hatoful Boyfriend flashbacks?, but I can't believe how much I've missed him in the most recent chapters - HALIBEL and her Fraccion, that first time with Ichigo sitting at the edge of the pool and her saving him from slamming his head against the floor. Such understated character interactions. I love them.

GIN NEEDS HIS OWN PARAGRAPH. Woefully short, but... he's incredible.

You took a trope that is very easy to butcher with tasteless mischaracterisation on almost every part and basically PWP, then you made it into a multichapter story that shows so many sides to the characters we already know especially in a setting like THIS, terrifyingly shut-in 'Utopia' that is Las Noches it works it works it works so well, and you give them all lives with Ichigo balancing regular school on top of cram school and his extracurricular club and work. Maybe I'm being biased, because I adore Ichigo and maybe I'd have a much more differing opinion had I hated him and how much this story is centred around him, but this story is in its own way so much more than just the fact that Ichigo gives off heat pheromones.

The chapters leading up to his first time were absolutely not wasted. I feel as if it isn't even the sex that makes this fic what it is and it really isn't, no matter how much it's basically a culmination in their relationship that just sighs "FINALLY" just like the wait until Ichigo and Grimmjow finally got together did - you took this setting, these characters, and while there maybe are a few plot points I'd love revisiting (Aizen? Possibly) and a few characters I'd love to see more;
