I love it! I'd considered writing a Percy Jackson & SGA crossover myself. But I'd been thinking something along the lines of the ATA gene is a marker only found in Demigods, and the stronger Demigods have stronger genes, more talents, etc. I'd also considered that maybe on the SGA earth they've lost touch with the deities- who are actually a branch of ascended Ancients who didn't conform to the same beliefs as the Ascended council, thus the demigods and constant intervention and intrusions on mortal lives... Anyways I'd thought that maybe John's team would stumble across a planet in the Pegasus galaxy that had the Demigod camps and safe havens, and John would end up getting dragged there and taught a few important details about his heritage and fighting with primordial weapons...

I am excited by the sheer variety of fandom's you participate in. I think I just watched the episode that inspired this the other week, actually, I am suspended in a tortuous and self inflicted 'no non-school books, no TV, no movies, no parties, no writing fiction' zone until mid December brings the end of my exams. It's a lot easier to pop into fan fiction to spend my allotted leisure time.

This is actually a really good premise. It would be interesting to see whether Zeus and the other gods decided to have contact with their children- thinking of the wraiths getting hit by lightening and such by Zeus is quite funny to think about.
