Lovely story! So wish this could be canon... You write nicely the interactions between Gibbs and Tony, their inner thoughts and you have them act in character. Well done.

good story...Tony has a way of worming himself into Gibbs heart...they are father and son even if Tony doesn't realize it...

hi, love your stories, it's not nice to say,but you're the first writer

of ncis fanfic that i've actually really liked. for some reason the

quality is lacking in most of the others..like not enough real understanding of the characters and how complex they are, or not enough

subtly in dealing with dialog and emotions. you're able to 'get' them all,

in each story that i've read so far. i'm especially fond of the gibbs/din.

father/son stories, i think it's something the show's writers are seriously remiss in building on, but, as with my other favorite series,

stargate sg1, action always trumped exploring relationships between the

characters. thankfully, there's fanfic, where we can explore it all to

our heart's content! (sometimes ad nauseum!) anyways, i hope you get my drift - you do a great job with difficult characters, especially gibbs.

some of the things writers have come out of that man's mouth in the way of 'baring his soul' are outrageous - meaning just because a fan

or writer would LIKE to hear it, does not mean he'd actually EVER SAY it; this is L.J. Gibbs we're talking about here. You are able to use

body language/facial expressions to 'say' what his closest friends understand, what he can't/won't say in actual words. am i making any sense here? SUBLTY. it's what gibb's is about, and if people don't

speak his 'language', then they get steamrolled. you seem to speak his language.
