So good, please finish. I am desperate for stories from this era, and this one kept me reading till the early hours. You've captured the characters beautifully, used them all effectively (something the paid writers often couldn't do) and the story is truly scary. I'm really worried for all of them, which is a nerve wracking place to leave it. If there is any chance you will ever finish it, this reader will be eternally grateful.

Oh, this was just a MARVELOUS chapter! As I've said time and again with this fic, Nyssa is just amazing. She's amazing in canon, too (Arc of Infinity, anyone?), but she's double-amazing here, finding just the right words and just the right calming influence to do what just about might be impossible for anyone else.

Tegan's misadventure in her latest neg. space room was also really well done, equal parts terrifying and a little bit amusing, because you capture her thought processes so well and let's be honest, the inside of Tegan's head is pretty funny.

As always, your story is brilliant and entrancing and I simply adore everything about it!

The second room reminds me of Castrovalva. Just sayin'. It seems like one of those places where logic gets f*cked just because we can. But let's just leave it that the inside of Nyssa's head is kind of awesome, in a technicolour chaos sort of a way.

As for the third room... GACK. With a side of EEP just to round it out.

No lies here, I ADORE the original Fifth-era TARDIS crew, and from what I can tell, you write them SO well... Tegan as the friendly antagonist, Adric as the utter fail-child (but still somehow lovable), and Nyssa just generally being too awesome (not to mention super-diplomatic and wonderful and NEEDS TO BE IN NEW WHO BECAUSE I DON'T THINK I CAN SURVIVE MUCH LONGER WITHOUT A CLASSIC COMPANION!) for words.

Your writing in general is glorious, though, sharp and fluid at the same time and I love that.

Such a freaky chapter. I'm creepy out. I also can't wait for another one. *smiles*
