Obviously Lisa's gonna break up with Dean. No good mother would want her child being thrown to the wall and continue to go out with him.

But I hate the fact that she would rather have Sam not come back. If my boyfriend says that about my brother, I'd kick him out so fast, he wouldn't know what hit him. But that's just me.

Dean could have opened his mouth and tell her about the vampire thing. But he's Dean. And as someone said before, he only does things that brings him misery.

I loved this. I've been a Deangal from the first show and although the writers had tossed female characters at Dean a few times before none of their personalities ever seemed "right" for him IMO...until Lisa.

I've read on a lot of forums sites that because Dean had shoved Ben, even in his attempt to protect him, the female fans said that no good mother would ever let a man stay in her house that had raised a hand to her child-and I had to agree. I would have lost respect for Lisa if she had too. And the finality of her tone when she told Dean that she and Ben couldn't be in his life anymore made my heart break for Dean. Because she had single handedly HEALED more of him in one year with her constant love better than any other had been able to, and now she was going to be gone from his life and the job wasn't finished yet-she still had work to do (sighs- a lot more work to do) And now it wouldn't get done, Dean would still be broken inside, and worst of all he would feel the fresh new pain of knowing what it meant to be without that constant healing love, for the first time in his life.

So it would have been nice to know that she really didn't want to have him gone from her life in equal measure, that she did it for Ben and not because she stopped loving Dean.

Oh wow! This is truly a touching story; emotional and heartbreaking *sob sob*. I would imagine that is how she really felt after her telephone conversation with Dean. Letting go was really the hardest thing she had to do :(
