Thus far, this has been amazing,y well written and amazingly well plotted. The best compliment I can give you is that it really reads like one of Dan Brown’s originals. Here’s to hoping that you will update this in the future!

The whole thing about the room of requirement not being able to have magic on it, and with Hermione calling them by the cell phone was absolutely ingenius! I LOVED it. Aaah, reading this story also makes me feel so stupid because I could have never guessed the solutions to the problem or how to get out of it xD

Interesting. So Salazar Slytherin somehow enchanted his body to protect the spear? This means the spear is in danger, about to get in the wrong hands and he was trying to protect it. Maybe he thought one of the Ravenclaws at the library were the heir and was observing them. Maybe it was someone else in the secret passages. Either way, I can't wait for the next chapter!

Interesting...glad to hear there isn't an ounce of Slytherin in Harry. He was tormented enough about it in canon. I too wonder who it could be...at this point I'm none the wiser than Langdon. Ginny being on there but not her brothers sounds interesting, though I hope it's not cause her mother cheated :( I like Molly Weasley and don't want to read such a storyline. Anyways, can't wait for the next chapters!

This is sooooo interesting. I agree that they should try to find out if there are any heirs of Rowena Ravenclaw as it seems the prophecy and mystery centers around that. The DNA analysis sounds interesting though it's going to take some time to run. I love that Snape once took Septima down to the crypts for a date aha. It seems like him. I feel a bit sorry for Snape sometimes, I'm glad he's presented in a somewhat romantic light in this and that Septima has genuine feelings for him. It does his character some justice. The other events are really interesting. I wonder who took Salazar Slytherin's body (it's got to be a grave robber. He wouldn't get up himself) and what they wanted it for...

OOOOOOOOOOH so interesting. Langdon was so smart to get out of the situation. Seriously, ingenius! He didn't muster up some out of canon element, he used exactly what he had on hand. I could have easily imagined him wearing a belt that day. This is one of the best portrayals of an intelligent character I've seen so far, because you showed not told how he was smart. This story is really neat, looking forward to reading more. I agree with their deductions so far that anyone could have opened the chamber of secrets. Also, are they just leaving the petsuchos down there to starve? If it can't open it's mouth it can't eat and would die. Also, they could assume that whoever left the petsuchos down there would come back to check up on it, especially after hearing Langdon escaped. They could have put a spell on it to detect when someone interferred with it or something. But anyways, it's super interesting and I'm keen to read about what happens after the DNA sample. (Love the blend of muggle analysis into wizardry btw. Really nice :D)

Can't wait to read what happens next, he's certainly in an interesting predicament now isn't he? :P I wonder who the person who imperioed him was. It's a bit cocky of them to assume he'll die for sure in the chamber of secrets, they should have killed him too or knocked him out to be safe. Hm...at the moment I'm guessing the three Ravenclaws found out some information about the secret society they weren't meant to. I'm guessing the secret society is involved in some dark magic, and they found out so they killed the three to shush them up. I think Dumbledore and the other teachers hired Langdon without the intention of the secret society knowing but they know and are getting rid of him so he doesn't find out more stuff. At the moment they think Dumbledore and the teachers don't know they know, but once Dumbledore knows the secret society knows I'm expecting the stakes to escalate :P I think Snape is still a good character in this fic, and that's all I got for now :P

Nice chapter. I love the additional info you put about how the wizarding world works behind the scenes. (Like with hybrid cars and stuff, always funny to imagine Snape driving around in a car xD) I would have usually preferred it to be canon, but this is some of the most interesting out of canon worldbuilding I've seen, and well written too. I'm keen to read about the daily lives of Hogwarts teachers behind the scenes and how it all works and everything. So sad about Professor Mcgonagall and Flitwick...but I can imagine it. I'm keen to see how the Harry, Ron and Hermione love triangle would play out here. And Langdon's integration into the wizarding world was one of the best muggle to wizarding world I've read. It captured his wonder and amazement, but also kept it short and made it clear he's getting to understand it as much as a normal witch or wizard would in canon, so I'm keen to read about the deductions he'll make and stuff. Great chapter overall :D

Wow this is a really good chapter. I haven't read the Da Vinci Code so I was hesitant to read this, but the summary was a little intriguing so I clicked on it and the first few paragraphs absolutely had me hooked. I felt it was easy to understand even though I only knew one half of the crossover (HP) and I think I'll continue reading it. The description and stuff was amazing. I love the little romance between Septima Vector and Professor Langdon and the dialogue as well, it was quite interesting. The premise is hella interesting (can't wait to read what happens) and so was the information about symbols. I'm learning quite a lot of mythology and symbols from reading your works aha :') All in all, it was a really great first chapter :D
