Anyways, NaruSasu pwns. I really enjoy your writing style- it isn't overly dramatic and angsty, but enough to show horror. Also, you added a good amount of humor. Nice.

In my opinion, though, you need to put in more NaruSasu xP lol.

Glad that this is a NaruSasu and not a goddamn SN- seriously, there are so many of those nowadays. NaruSasu is my favorite Naruto couple, and I love reading these. Especially good fics.

I find it interesting about their 'powers'. Are they...mutants or something? And yeah the skinning of that dude in the beginning sets a very...interesting tone for this story. So update soon because I'm going to favorite this and give you as many reviews as you need :O

Oh and lastly- the whole Itachi thing was fucking hilarious. x) And Sasuke needs to pass out more often- he's acting like such a prick in the manga now *cough*

Well, Naruto certainly made a good first impression appearance-wise, but I don't think Sasuke's going to react all that kindly to what he said...Well, I guess I'll just have to wait and see!

Half-way through the story, you narrated from third-person format to first-person, and then shifted back to third-person. I'd change that if I were you since it can get confusing. Other than that, the plot seems interesting.
