That's so wonderfully amazing. I'm so glad to hear that she's awake and (for the most part given the circumstances) doing well. Kinda stinks that she can't get into casts sooner but I totally understand given the burns because that would only make those worse. So here's to hoping that the rest of her memory comes back and that she does well on her path to full recovery.

I know what it feels like to have someone close to you in a really bad condition because about a month ago, my uncle had a stroke then got sent to the ICU as well, he got out of the hospital two days ago and is living my in house (because it's the closest house to the hospital).

Anyway, I'm sure she will get better. It's okay if you don't update this fic, just keep us updated on her.

you are very good friends to Amber, and don't take this the wrong way but I think that updating Amber's fics are the least important thing right now. The most important thing is for Amber to get better soon, that she will gain full recovery and be herself again, maybe then she can update her fics if it will stil interest her, and maybe you should spend your time with her instead.

anyway if at some point she could hear you then let her know that her Jackson & Lexie fic is the best and that her writing is flawless, I enjoyed every moment I spent reading it. send her all the best, I'm crossing my fingers she will pull through.
