Loving this so far! I totally agree with your ending A/N. I'm British too, so obviously, I spell in 'British English', but I always try to use words that are traditionally 'American'; My favourite example is 'mall' instead of 'shopping centre'. It bugs me when people blatantly disregard the fact that these characters (unless OOC non-canon versions) are American, and thus, speak like AMERICANS, not brits. Obviously, I have slipped up before, but I'm sure everyone has-we're only human after all. Anyway, longish rant over, I am really enjoying this story. Great set-up, can't wait to read more.
