This was oddly touching. Oddly because the outsiders exactly didn't get it, and yet you easily conveyed a deep and meaningful relationship between Kirk and Spock. Nicely done.

Very nice story, I really liked it. Although I'm not quite sure why they bothered to keep their relationship quiet after Kirk retired. Habit? Vulcan disapproval? Too bad Spock ends up a recluse, but quite in character. The mood lingers. Again, very nice.

Whoa. Nice. Very Nice. I liked the delightful insight. You've managed to give us this PERFECT pictures of bits of their lives and given the reader a brilliant wink while leaving the observer clueless. Wonderful characters. I'd like to steal them someday, if you don't mind. :)

Aww, this was nice! It was all about an older Kirk, which is something you don't see much of around here. I liked how there were little tidbits of K/S that snuck in, almost as an afterthought. (The Vulcan spiced tea was one of the good ones, my favorite being the rose garden.) I liked how the relationship part was handled with dignity. I prefer it that way. And you've got an excellent skill, thinking up all these new people and situations. Great job. Will there be more?
