Just finished reading, again!, this amazing and wonderful story. I will never tire of this historically rich dream you created, I cry every time I reach the end. It's just such a refreshing experience, a nicely rounded story throughout with a satisfying ending. I love it! A lifetime favorite!

I really can not describe how well written this story is. I am not certain if you even still check the reviews for this story but I really believe you should have this story officially published. Maybe just change the names of the character. Anyways, really a job well done. It takes a lot to impress and inspire me. Thank you for this gem.

I loved reading this fic. It reminded me of James Clavell's Shogun with the level of detail and care you put into researching for this story. I've read a fair amount of Naruto fanfic and I would say this is one of the best. Wonderful job!

Getting Jerome's POV on Kakashi and Sakura centuries later, and seeing how a contemporary figure viewed these characters through a modern lens was nothing short of sensational. Oh dear author, that scene where Kakashi does Tenzou's hair was so touching to read, and that scene between Naruto and pervy Old man gama was hilarious! I love the way Jiraiya is written in this story, and 1000% agree with your author's notes. He's kind of twisted and crazy if you think about it, and I love how he trolled Kakashi at the end of this chapter... I wonder how Lord Gama will "reward" Kakashi's family for caring for Tenzou all these years?

Dear author, I am enjoying Sai in this story so much! It was so entertaining to read how he insisted on receiving full payment from that village woman for Sakura's embroidery commission! I was also so moved reading more about Jiraiya and Tsunade's backstory - it was heart wrenching to learn about the extent of Jiraiya's love for princess Tsunade. I especially loved this because in canon - while I understood Tsunade's singular and enduring love for Dan (and I love Dan, I really do!), a part of me always wished Jiraiya would have had a chance to have his feelings returned before his death... So oddly, I felt like I got a bit of that reading this chapter. As always, thank you so much for writing and sharing this amazing story with us!

Dear author, I loved learning about the fateful love trangle bc Prochimaru, Tsunade and Jirayia in this chapter! (Also - how horrible was Orochimaru for what he did to Sasuke's body?) Also, I continue to be swept away by how you've written Kakasaku's incredible love for one another. "He wanted so badly to tell her that her worth to him was not what she could do but what she was -" Swoooooooooooooon! Thank you once again for writing and sharing another wonderful chapter with us!

Dear author, I was reminded as I read this that in a prior chapter, we learned that Kakashi's own mother died young of an illness, so I can only imagine how worried he must have been. That scene describing his panic attack at the thought of losing Sakura was absolutely GUT WRENCHING :*(

I also tensed reading how Sasuke swiftly renounced his faith to Orochimaru, in front of his brother - but I definitely did NOT expect what Itachi did as a result! :O As always, thank you for writing and sharing another amazing chapter with us!

Oh dear author... my heart clenched when Sakura asked her mother to cut off a lock of her hair for Kakashi... all I could think was that he finally found Iruka and was soooo close to home!
