one question have you read the hourus heresy books he is alwase insisting he is not a God and i think he would have been rather irked to say the least with the way his impirium has turned out so why not heal himself if he could.

maabey it has to do with sucumbing to the chaos gods first or mabey he is more involved than he lets on
