HOLY FUCKING SHIT THIS MAY THE BEST ONE IVE EVER READ. It was extremely through, I loved the humor, the analysis, the obvious research, the detail, and the direction of the characterization. Your own life's study or at least knowledge is evident, and the incorporation of it was flawless. This was an amazing read. Loved every minute of it.

Read it a few months ago and had to com back and read it again. What a masterpiece.

I finally had the chance to read this fic in its entirety this morning, and I needed a time to process all these feelings. Thanks so much for sharing this special story to us. It's not without mistakes, but the overaching theme was certainly very profound..and the ending is so bittersweet though. Wish they could somehow see each other again in the near future because if there's an example of soulmates, it would be Nanao and Shunsui.

I'm just going to imagine them getting together after this. It might be years before they see each other again but I swear on my life that they will become canon. They bloody have to be.
This fic was a real eye-opener for me and it was really interesting. I'm glad you wrote this. I'm especially glad that there wasn't any condescension or anything like that for any of the patients. I think I just really like this fic. Obviously, I absolutely hate that doctor guy that I can never get the last name right (Dave) and I am so glad he's going to jail. I think I just loved the way it was written.

Oh. My. Gosh. That was BRILLIANT. After I read it, I had to sit back for a second and have a "holy-SHIT-what-was-THAT" moment.
And then I read it again.
I loved how you did Nanao's journal entries and personality. I really enjoyed reading about her like this. It was interesting to see how well you managed to fit the characters into a totally new world. In fact, if this was an anime series, I can guarantee you that I'd be a humongous fan. Seriously, I'd watch every episode.
I also like how Nanao and Shunsui were able to communicate silently.
All in all, I'd say that this is another fabulous job. Keep up the fantastic work, Becca! :-)

This is beautifully written and poignant.

Damn. This was absolutely wonderful. It was great to read a story with a happy ending. Although you kinda killed me with this tantalizing glimpse of Shunsui's past in the epilogue.

Your portrayal of mental illness was really interesting and I liked all the pharmacology you included.

This is such a gorgeous story. The plot had me from the beginning, and as with all your work, I found myself completely enthralled by the character depth and insight.

Once I find an author I really like, I start reading all of their stories at the same time. I really enjoy reading all of your work (especially the ShunNao ;) ), but I can still easily say that this is one of my favorite stories of yours. It is beautiful, and I learned something.
