I love when he's the one person who 'gets' her and really sees what's happening with her. And, I think it makes sense. Out of everyone on the boat, they really are the most alike, as odd as that seems at first read. I also loved the gifts he chose for her, and the progression of them clearly tracks the development of his feelings for her. Thank you so much for this story. I truly adore it. |
