This story was absolutely wonderful. I know it's been like two years since this was last updated and I get the feeling you won't ever see this but I think I need to put my feelings down somewhere.
I don't think I've ever gotten so attached to a story, or an original character, or a fictitious relationship, as much as I have with this. You write so fantastically and it really is a shame that JK got to these characters before you did. I would really love to read these characters more. This story is just... inexplicably amazing. Thank you for writing it. I don't think I've ever learned lessons from a fanfic before but now is a good a a time as any to start.
Seriously though, thank you so very much. This was amazing. I'm sorry I wasn't able to read along as you wrote it.

just wanted to throw out here that this story absolutely stands up to rereading and, almost a year later, I have yet again thoroughly enjoyed it. I have read quite a lot of fanfics, but this one remains my favourite. Riza Alvic is so real to me and Wood in this story is about as canon as he could possibly get outside of the HP books.
How is the sequel going by the way? Would it be too much to ask for an update? It will really make my day/week/month/year :D
