Way late to the party, but I really enjoyed your writing. Hope at some point you'll come back and finish it!

I love every minute of this story. I especially love the banter between Hawke and Isabela. It's funny to see love interests in a story act this way lol. Keep up the good work.

It's been over a year since the story was updated and that is a shame because it was really good. I am saddened by its apparent death.

It is really unhealthy how badly i'm wishing you had continued this story T-T But from past experience i know that if it's been a year since you've updated, the story's probably dead :(

Ah well, thanks for potentially one of the better M!Hawke/Isabella fics i've read in awhile. You got the characterizations down pretty damn perfectly and i loved the pacing of the story. Props to only keeping the sidequests that had an overlapping theme in all 3 Acts in the story. Argh it was all so GOOD -_-

It has so much potential and i already love what you've done with it. But if the inspirarion is gone, it's gone sadly enough, and trying to force the muse back would only bring back a rushed piece and that would make your snarky Hawke sad. Regardless, thank you for the immensely entertaining read. I think I'm gonna play Dragon Age tomorrow xD

I just begun this story and after the first two chapters I'm pretty sure I'll like it, it seems to be one of the few ones that actually offers a good portrayal of a MHawke Mage which is not a slash while I've read some stories of this type that were particularly interesting, it's more easy for me to relate to this setup especially in the romance aspect of the story. (And the Anders, Fenris, Sebastien pairing becomes dull: they literally flood the fandom.)

Besides that, I noticed something that bother me a little: Lyrium use, I don't know if it will be a great part of you plot but I'am pretty sure that it is raw lyrium that is addictive and not the one processed in potions. Beside that, Mages don't seems to suffer any ill effect from lyrium even in his raw state ( The Fade and the lyrium met there for example. Mages are seriously different from mundanes peoples on Thedas by their link to the fade and the fact they use directly lirium simply in using their powers...anyway, of course we can say that in your version of the story Lyrium is addictive but well...if Mages were to really need to deal with things like addiction by using these potions there wouldn't be a Empire of Mages like Tevinter that just couldn't work.

Besides that, Lyrium replenish a energy that they all ready have, shouldn't we suppose by that that they are quite literally imbued all ready of lyrium ? If you need some sort of issue for Hawke to deal with maybe a sort intoxication due to a abundance in lyrium could do it. Even substance like water that are not dangerous to us normally, and that we are composed of, can be lethal in excess.

The case of the templar is particular, they are literally mundane people who use lyrium like any drugs of performance like PCP in a way . Mages on the contrary can be said to use a substance that is necessary for them. Hey, it would be more logical to evokes a dependency to Lyrium: Mages couldn't live without it for example. Anyway it's only my take on things. Good work on the fic.
