I love this kind of romantic gestures. No one cares for actually showing their love anymore. Or being creative about it. It'd break my heart if anything like this were to happen for me. America may have been a tad OOC. I don't think so. I think he would really act like this if they were ever to be a couple. :D So childishly sweet and adorably romantic. And England reacted to it in a way that really does suit him and all. I think, in a way, England acts that way because he's adorably flustered and embarrassed, but he'd never admit to weakness of any kind.

You rock, we love your romantic musings, and keep on writing. :D
