I just wanted to let you know that no matter what happens, even if you go on hiatus for a year, you'll still have loyal readers willing to jump right back into the thick of things. (Even if we don't have accounts and don't consistently review.) This story is amazing in it's originality and character depth. I love what you've done to the world and how you've managed to keep it the same world and characters we all know and love while managing to give them more character without destroying their personalities. Harry doesn't have much of one in the books, unfortunately, but you've made him shine here. I love his development and how undeniably REAL he is. THIS is how teenagers act. THIS is what happens in long distance relationships. THIS is a realistic view into a slightly spoiled Harry's life. Please, if you have anything else this realistic... share it with us! | JC chapter 5 . 10/1/2011 Your characterization of Harry is a bit arrogant, snobby, and annoying. Alternate universe aside, it's clear that you've never read the books. There's nothing in this story to tie the characters to the HP fandom. It's almost as if you created original characters but changed your mind at the last moment and gave them cannon names. I understand that it's an AU, but why did you bother to write a fan fic? An original story would have been a better choice for you. |
