You literally had me in tears a few times, so thanks for such a powerful story. With so many pwp stories out there, the balance you created was much appreciated. I also love that you made the tension between them, the betrayals, into something so big, because I did always feel that the show moved passed them a little too easily. Your writing is beautiful and I can't praise this enough :) |

| ManicTater chapter 9 . 7/1/2013 Dean is breaking my freaking heart. It is true that Sam left, but I think he left his father and the lifestyle that was forced into him rather than having left Dean. But then if Dean is a hunter and embraces the lifestyle given to him by his father, does that mean Sam as indeed leaving Dean too? But that was all before Sam experienced being back on the hunt with Dean. O don't know. I'm so confused :'( . This description of Dean is so spot on, so brutally honest and all encompassing: Dean was the same man he had always been, a hunter, an outlaw, a big brother who, for all the love he had in his heart, was still authoritative, controlling, possessive, overprotective, overbearing, sometimes insensitive, and very unskilled in the arts of sharing emotions in the way Sam needed. |
