| Guest chapter 11 . 7/19 I adore the idea that Tom riddle was merely insecure rather than evil. I also like the fact that he was trying to prevent and/or cure abuse in Wizarding families. In the canon books (which I have nothing against, despite loving fanfiction) it states that Tom riddle tried for Defense against the dark arts post. So did Severus. Severus Snape is shown in this fic as caring, which gives a sense of history repeating itself. I love this in a fic. (Though perhaps the explanation was a little long-winded.) |

| DarkAngel chapter 25 . 4/28 Hey there! It's been a while since you completed this story and I doubt you will see this comment but I still wanted to review your story. In the first chapters I was a little confused and some things didn't make sense. When Dumbledore went to check on Harry, shouldn't he know that Severus did go there from the Dursleys? I don't remember him casting an obliviate and when he went to pay them back for what they had done to Harry they remembered him quite well. Also when Snape tells Albus that the Dursleys told him lies, it was weird that dumbledore get suspicious about how well informed Severus was about their family if he hadn't gone there. I don't mind that Dumbledore is evil in your story, inf act I loved it! I believe that his kindness is overrated and that he is not as perfect as we are made to believe. Lucius is also out of character but I liked what you did there! Lucius and Severus are great together! I really enjoyed reading this story and I'll check out the sequel. Cheers! |
