It seems like there are a number of these stories, Spike the Eternal Protector, but yours is an especially good and original look at the concept. The line "Til the end of the world," inspired me to write a story about Spike at the end of the world. |

Emulating Atlas is touching, thoughtful, and made me cry a little. It's a perfect possible future story. |

Special applause on using those lists of numbers so well - I imagine they could easily become repetitive and boring but they're not at all. Wonderful fic. |
