I loved thissssss

This was very well written. I just wish there was a little more angst, even though this wasn't rlly an angsty story. Despite my personal preferences for fan fiction, it captured the essence of every character well and was entertaining!

So much has happened in this damn show it's hard to remember exactly what was going down when these things are set. I wish I could comment on specific lines that were gold, but it's hard on my phone because I can't have the 2 windows up side by side. All Dean's like, biting tenderness toward Cas tho, if that makes any sense. Like, you walk into a sword, you don't get a say. And Balthazar! I love him, tho it's annoying that I can't really read in accents in my head. Or outloud either, actually.

I know this is in the completed section but I really think this has the potential for a much longer story. I really like this and the beginning hook of a story is usually the hardest part to write. I feel that this action could lead to cas explaining everything about his deal with Crowley and getting help from dean or finding a way to defeat the enemy forces with the help of deans soul. this also has the potentail to bring in baltazar (sorry about the spelling on the names..) and expand on his character and friendship with cas. If you really wanted too you could have sam ask if there were other ways to uses for souls and angels and some how find a ritual with souls to bring back Gabriel that helps stabilize sam after being in the cage. Maybe giving those years and memories of the soul over to the ritual to bring him back. Ive seen in other fics the idea of the dvd message being a lifeboat or anchor for Gabriel and that could be included in the ritual as an item they would need for it. Im not sure if you write slash but the potential is there in this story but you could keep it at friendship if you wanted although I think soul transplants are probably in the realm of slash levels of devotion. well sorry for going on about this but I liked this story and will look at your other stories for a good read. May you succeed in all your endeavors!

Ok. This might very well be my absolute favorite of your stories. I read it all the time and it never gets old. It is so absolutely Dean. He so would kill himself so he could go to heaven to help a friend. I'm so glad you made Balthazaar the other good angel in this one! It wouldn't have been nearly as awesome if you had used Gabriel.

Must comment on this line: "He didn't care if a whole garrison of angels came for him, [Dean had a sharp blade and something to fight for.] His entire life that was all he'd ever needed". My favorite part is in the brackets. That captured Dean so well, that it surprised me.

I just found this so clever and creative and wonderful and sweet. Thank you so much for creating this.
