As a sidenote, I was racking my brain for weeks trying to remember where I'd heard the "lellefant" thing before. I finally asked my mother about it and she said that my little sister used to pronounce the word like that about the time she was four, too. I guess it's kind of standard for little girls, lol. Thanks for helping dredge up memories forgotten for so long.

That was great. I like it when a fic can show them meet in the past and make it look realistic both as far as the encounter and the reason neither one of them seems to remember it until something jogs their memory.

Excellent! Only problem is while I can picture a young Kate answering to Katie I can't picture Rick answering to Richie. Did someone call him that on the show? Was it the one where his old classmate was accused of murder?

I love stories like this. People meeting in the past and then remembering again through some kind of trigger word or event.

Interesting. I wonder what Beckett will think if she finds out that she met Castle when she was 4. It would make for a very interesting conversation.

anyone that didn't think this was the cutest thing ever and didn't go "awwwwwwwwww" when she said lellefant is a no good dirty communist. I think you should continue this. Little instances where the run into eachother and not realize its them, until they talk and realize as they go. amazing writing and it gave me a warm feeling in my heart.

...I now want my own little lellefant Minky...
