I can't help it but through the whole time while I read your story I had only one song in mind: Heartbeats by Jose Gonzales. To me it'd be the perfect soundtrack for your perfect story. So warm and loving. Loved it.

Wait. I'm guessing the one who sneaks into the chambers is Merlin, right? it doesn't seem like Arthur would sneak into merlin's chambers... great story.
