I'm going to be honest with you; I'm a bit confused. I loved the story, the flowers made me cry, and Severus made me laugh with his snarky remarks. I'm just a bit confused. Did it bring Severus back to life? I guess so since you put up the quote from The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Anyway, awesome story! Great job!

THANK YOU! It bugged me throughout the entire series that Harry never really apologized for anything and never took the first step to reconcile with anyone. I don't know, but I expect more from someone who is supposed to be this great hero. I can't tell you how much I wanted to see Harry grow up in canon. realize his own mistakes and skewed perceptions regarding Snape and accepting reprimands for what was clearly wrong and disrespectful behavior. Instead, we see him generously forgiving Severus post-mortem and are obviously supposed to admire Harry for it. . But for what exactly? It could not have been for AK'ing the Twinkly One because that was all Dumbledore's doing. For directing a few sarcastic remarks his way when Harry was clearly asking for it by being a lazy, inattentive, and disrespectful student? I wanted to see him and the others do some self-reflection that they were far from innocent themselves. Thank you for writing a story where Harry was allowed to do so.

I love it. It would be nice if you have a sequel or make it longer. I think it would make an awesome multi-chapter story.

What a great little story! I'm glad Harry realized just how much he owed Severus and how he needed someone who treated him like a normal kid instead of some kind of savior who didn't need to follow the rules. Or only follow the rules when it suited him.

I like how they both have a second chance again and that maybe Harry will have a different life this time around.

You're cruel, you know that? You create this incredible story & then just end it here; this has the premise to be a much longer story, going through and fixing the details that they both regretted in their 'past' life. It would have been intriguing to see their interactions in their 'new' life, both with each other and with other people.

Even though I wish that it were longer I wanted you to know that I think you did a great job on this; though I'll freely admit right now that I'm holding my breath in hopes that you'll expand on this one day. Thanks for not only creating this but also for sharing it with us!
