I would say Snape and Sirius have a meeting to discuss Harry. An agreement between the two should be made if Sirius wants to see his godson. Harry will not like this man if he calls his dad names. Snape rescued Harry from a bad place and has work hard to get Harry to open up. With all the bad stuff that Harry went through Snape needs o tell Sirius exactly what Harry went through so he can understand everything going on in Harry life. Harry is just a child and deserved to be taken care of loved and Snape as done just that and has put all hatred toward James aside to raise the boy properly.
