My only qualms with your story is that you don't have the Persona timeline right. You have Rise, Kanji, and Naoto all as third years when the events of P4 Arena happened two months after the events of Golden. If the above three are third years then Akihiko should know them and what happened in Inaba. Its part of the reason why he, Mitsuru, Aigis, and Fuuka were there in Arena.
