Please update!

I stayed awake until 3am reading this fic - once I picked it up, I couldn’t put it down! Can’t wait for the next update! I just want to smack both Snape and Hermione upside the head so they see how much they truly love one another (and are loved in return!).

I swear this is the best fic I've ever read! I first read it 3 years ago and since then I've reread it so many times that I could possibly recite the dialogues. Thank you soo much for writing this fic!

Thank you for the update! It's definitely an addictive story. Like many other reviewers I just wanted to reread everything without really planning (or having the time ;)) to do that but was not able to put it down much for the past two days.
I reflected a bit on what draws me in so much and wanted to share:
(1) with Harry not being in very center of the story, you are able to bring out more facets in your main characters than the original while keeping them close enough to canon for them to be recognizable; (2) you truly manage to depict their relationship as a processes; (3) I love the female empowerment undertone that seems to be getting stronger and stronger :); (4) Usually, I find fanfictions that invent too many and complex new rules and concepts for magic difficult to follow due there being too many logic gaps, but again you manage to keep the balance here. It's great that you gave the bonding ritual a plausible historical origin. The mental connection resulting from the bond is a really nice element in the story and these passages flow nicely for the reader (or at least for me). I also liked you having Severus question whether the number seven refers to the horcruxes or the actual soul parts. That's something I always thought about when reading the books. And in general, it's great that the whole soul magic part is now related to what we already know about horcruxes and souls from the book. And could keep going with more but will stop for now...
I am really excited what you have in store for us next. I hope Draco is coping in the dungeons! ;)

oooh finally an endearment from Severus! your dialoge is always very strong. I would love to see a bit more of both Hermione and Severus' thoughts regarding their feelings. also...i think Hermione would likely have some ptsd symptoms after the assault...i appreciate that she's coping but I think a chapter where she struggles with flashbacks would be realistic

So every time you update I start again! Which is why it’s taken so long to review! But so far this book is killing it.. I absolutely cannot wait for the next chapter so I can start again! This is a book for all of the feels it really is great! See you soon!
