That Lissa OC is getting more and more annoying and Mary Sue - blimey, strong willed teen who isn't afraid to voice her opinion, her actions are crucial in every scene and has soft sides and admirable reasons, how could somebody not like her?
There are plenty of the canon characters so how about you center you story around them more? Oh, and the fact that someone's results were inconclusive means, that they wouldnt talk about it, especially to someone, whom they know for a week (I don't buy "they have a connection", "they knew they could trust each ohter" crap) - same with the abuse.
The thing is, you have good writing and ideas but the Lissa kinda undermines all that.

This is a good story but your facts are out of wack. I know, this is fanfic, but Amar is Tobias' instructor, and four's test results said he was divergent, even though he actually wasn't.

DANG! I've only read one chapter and I already in love with it! I love your descriptions and words you use. ALSO You have great grammar! Recently I have been seeing a lot of FanFics that have such terrible grammar that I can't even read a sentence.
