*tips hat* Hello! You look familiar! Yeah, I said this in a different review to someone else, but my writing has been reduced to a very slow crawl lately, so I figured I'd make myself useful and finally read some stuff from my followers, to be fair and cool. So of course I picked your shortest story as the first one to read! That's lame of me, I know. lol Sorry! But I'll work me way up.

I'm glad I picked this as my intro to your library, though. Because there's very little dialog I got a feel for your narrative style, and I like it, to be blunt. This was a very brief shot, as you said so yourself, but you pack a lot into it. It's charming, sweet, but with moments of uncertainty. My favorite line in the whole thing is "There was a feeling gnawing at her bones." Many, myself included, probably would've wrote "She was anxious," but "gnawing at her bones" is way more powerful. Right after reading it I imagined the feeling and could sense it, the gnawing. That line stood with me well after finishing this one-shot.

I have no real criticism to speak of, aside from the fact that I'd better start getting a little familiar with Naruto so I can read more from you!

Please never lose your descriptive touch!
