It's a very lingering story, frightening in how warped it was, but still magnetic in the perfect grammar and the way you have to read between every line. I loved every bit of it, and though I suspect that I'll be thinking of it a lot for the rest of the day, I don't particularly look forward to it. When you can both love and hate, enjoy and feel disgusted by, understand and not know everything, you know that you have just read a brilliantly written story. |

| alli-sun chapter 1 . 8/14/2011 I found this both disturbing and fascinating, not to mention REALISTIC, how Iroh's love for his nephew turns out to be completely wrong for him. The dynamics between Zuko and Azula are especially interesting. I love how they indirectly fight each other, it mirrors the series while still suiting the AU. When Azula killed their mother, I was enraged at first, but of course, how could I forget Zuko killed their father? And Mai and Ty Lee's banishment instead of Zuko's. I loved it ALL. You win for writing this. |
