I remember reading this story three years ago. I was much smaller and my brain was less smart. Back then, I thought it was silly. After re-reading it, I find it hilarious.

I always wondered why I every so often say "Don't steal my gimmick!" Hooray for subconscious memories!

Okay, I had to come back and review this thing. I thought it was really pretty funny, although the sweatdrop thang was overdone...

But I have returned to review because “Oh, no! Not my me!

So...from the fearfull laments of your other faithful reveiwers, I am lead to believe that you...are abandoning this story! But...but you'd gotten so far...
So, say it ain't so. I'm the one who gives up on writing projects and the both of you have inspired me not to do that anymore.
There is such a dearth in good ff9 writing, hell, there isn't even that much BAD ff9 fiction either.
So all I can give is my review, and my heartfelt support on the continuation of this story.

Just thought you should know, the first 6 chapters of this have some sort of weird lettering error with the quotation marks... You might want to look at that.

I was really surprised by the imaginative narration, and the many well-placed details, and funny puns. The parts with Avatar & Avatara were also enjoyable, and many times downright hilarious. Great Amarant jokes btw (rasta chicken -lol- he lloked more like a duck to me though :), my fav one was when he almost went into leaning-withdrawal at Ipsen's Castle. A fun to read story, and I also liked the 'words from ourr sponsor'.

this is by FAR the funniest and most cleverly writtin fanfic i have come across so far. Keep up the good work!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This is such a funny story! Which is good cos I haven't had much to laugh at lately. And it also helps my insane image in front of my brother's friend (they stand at the door watching me and my brother complains that I'm embarrasing him)
