| Guest chapter 1 . 7/23/2015 This is a promissing start ! The plot is completely overused, but is so hard to find a well-written, finished Brooklands story, I have high hopes for this one :) One advice though : writting is not just about having a super creative imagination... It's important to use real life facts to give more body to your story ; meaning that you need to do a hell lot of research about many things : the places, the history,... And from your writing it is very very obvious that you are an american teenager who a) don't realise that a lot of stuff are not like in the US b) did not do her research properly c) is more familiar with fanfiction written by other US teens than the actual canon books. So the little stuff that completly broke the immersion feeling for people knowing how it's done in the UK : - school start at 8h30, sometimes 9h00. - Alex is too young to drive, if he is an exception, you have to explain why and how the other kids react to that Good job anyway, keep up the great work ! |
| Armand chapter 1 . 7/22/2015 Hello there! I like your intro, though I have a couple questions that do not require immediate answering, just for you to think on: How old is Alex? What year is he in school? What is his place within the agency? Elaboration on Ben as his guardian, or is he his own and Ben just pretends for legal reasons? If he returns to BB, would K-Unit still be there? (There would have finished their training by now) Are they there as returning soldiers to instruct? Other? If any of this is helpful, do tell me! Looking forward to the next update! |
