You managed to pack in Dick's emotions without being over-bearing about it, and using really simple ways, like he's in shock, instead of using complicated terms, which is something I've seen done a lot (I may have done it myself, to be frank). I also loved how he acknowledged that he was speaking Romani, but still wasn't able to make the switch - it was a great subtle hint to the depth of the trauma he was re-experiencing. Good job. :) |
