I'm assuming you've already reported this to Amazon as plagiarism? I don't know how quickly they move, but certainly your content has been online long enough that you can prove it's yours. I know that doesn't stop them from doing it again (though Amazon should do better at figuring out repeat offenders, since they must set up accounts to receive payments).

Just a bit of trivia about the D'arcy family that you mentioned in this chapter.
Many years ago I met a D'arcy descendant at a Family History Exhibition in Canberra. He showed me a print of a Medieval woodcut depicting a procession of Earls in full regalia. He was able to identify his ancestor by the heraldic emblem embroidered on his cloak.
That Earl was a short heavily built man in his forties with a black goatee beard. I cannot recall his name or the actual date of the original woodcut. His descendant was so thrilled by what he had found.
