This is heartbreaking. It almost made me cry when I think of that human cas and how future dean just threw him away, then I read this and it just breaks my heart. A baby in a trench coat starved for love. This is beautiful. So sad...

This is wonderful. Future!Cas always breaks me in all the right ways, especially when he's written this well. Past!Dean with future!Cas is even better, just because of the dynamic I imagine - Cas finally feeling loved after far too long, Dean gentle and caring and himself again.

'"I wish you were still you."'

That line killed me. Oh, the angst that is Destiel in the end!verse.

This is so sad. I wanted to cry when I saw this episode, but this just makes it worse. I felt so bad for Cas. I love him, and he doesn't get enough loving

These fics make me want to cry. This one was absolutely beautiful.

cried through this entire thing, the future cas made me so sad in the show and you captured him perfectly! no idea how you manage to tap into the charaters so well, but make sure you keep it up its getting to the point where your fics are the only ones i want to read :P

Oh. This is SO good. I love present Dean and future Cas, except it's, like, impossible to find. Or even really look for. And this is just amazing. Kind of sad, but so, so, so sweet. So thank you! :)

I wonder when Dean gets back if his Cas will be able to sense or smell the future Cas on Dean. If so, will he be upset that his future self got Dean before he did?
