As much as they dislike the kyuubi, they CANNOT exile, execute, imprison their jinchuriki, they'd be FISH BAIT to the other villages that want nothing more then to turn the "hidden leaf" into the "hidden smear". OF ALL the villagers, naruto is the ONLY one that's indispensable... He's the only one that CAN'T be "gone"... Sasuke CAN (they had a whole clan of them and they weren't worth a toss to the other villages). But only ONE jinchuriki. |

For example, when Yugao and Naruto were in one position then suddenly they were in a different room and position. At least explain how they went from one room to another or one position to the next position. |
