If Fire Nation soldiers have the opportunity to grab the Avatar, why would they only grab Teo instead?

Good Story but have to say that teo and the people he lives with live in the Northern Air Temple not the Western Air Temple.

Hm. I think you write Teo pretty well, and there aren't enough fics about him. I'm curious why Azula wants him, specifically, too...
