I like your story idea, but I think you might be using to much description. Describing too much doesn't leave readers with enough room for imagination. Also it causes readers to get really bored really fast. Also u need 2 remember that although u may know everything about the story and understand it your readers might not. Look at it from their perspective.

Maybe you could make a sequel, with angel in It more," (maybe trying to take Alex away from them, to raise as her own) the people who had Alex in the first place come and try to get him back, Observants trying to "dispose" of danny believing he indeed turned evil. Do you plan to make a sequel about Alex's developments and the organization that created him?
If so, maybe you can also add the Observants (if they aren't too scared of Danny now) and the Guys in White (if they aren't already the organization mentioned before).

Heyy I just wanted to say that I really like the story so far :) and Skulker wasn't my first guess, more like my third (Clockwork and Frostbite were first) oh but could you please stop italicizing everything? And making it bold? Those should be used every once in a while for emphasis, not every other line. Well keep updating(and all that fun stuff lol) :)
