Roni-chan chapter 1 . 12/29/2011 This was so beautiful that I really don't even know where to start. Very few things make me cry as hard as I cried for this (though I have to add that I cried at the anime and the manga a lot more than I did for other fandoms I loved, too xD). It may even have to do something with my mood otherwise, but it still doesn't diminish the fact that you have a way with words that made my heart leap, my head spin, and my mouth tremble. I especially loved the way you described Yukio's feelings at the beginnings, the impressions from his childhood, the nightmares, Rin, the "wild tousled hair that spells out freedom" - yes, you pretty much got me hooked at the very first line -, and the entire symbol of contradiction. After all, Rin and Yukio are pretty much contradicting each other in almost every way possible... and that is what makes their sibling-ship beautiful. I'm not too much of a fan of incest, but I somehow still can see Rin and Yukio happen in some fanfiction. For some weird reason, not in yours. Perhaps it was because you've described so many things from their childhood, a time when it's practically impossible to see a romantic kind of relationship, and then it just went from there. (I basically think that if RinYuki ever happens, it has to have some present-timeline character progress.) But whatever, from the point of this story, that doesn't even matter much; either way, it's just beautiful, painfully so. I think you should definitely write more for Ao no Exorcist; I've browsed through your stuff, but sadly, I don't know any of the fandoms you write for ;~; but if you happened to write for AnE, I'd read it all, at least three times. I pretty much read this three times, too, to fully comprehend all of it. Thank you for letting me read it! :) Cheers, Roni P.S.: Have you ever thought of role-playing? :D |
Kiyoshi Kitana chapter 1 . 10/21/2011 My heart is now in a million pieces I need to pick up off the floor. Great work! :) |
Eorendel chapter 1 . 10/17/2011 :O oh gosh! This is incredible! It's absolutely IC! I'm so glad that this story follows the manga ( The Real Thing :] ) I think you understand Yukio better than you think :P besides, this is exactly what I think about Yukio (lol). He's really... exasperating most of the time :[ like Shura said, he should be more honest... I can't wait for the next chapter щ(゚Д゚щ) Sorry for the rant :I Your work is awesome! Thanks! |
Hartanna chapter 1 . 10/15/2011 ;A; That was so sad... |
