I like to think that though Hermione may be the brightest witch of her age, she is utterly clueless when it comes to her heart. This is a very interesting AU idea where Lavender was merely trying to push her ship along (even if it meant by manipulating Ron, but thankfully, he doesn't love Lavender, so it's not too bad), and it wasn't until they had their "girl talk" when Hermione finally understood what we Harmony shippers had known all along: she belongs with Harry :')

(Also, I LOVE the line "Lavender remembered her job and successfully stopped the angry eruption of Mt. Ronald quite effectively by shoving his face into her admittedly quite ample cleavage." XDDDDDDD TOO FUNNY LOL!)
