I really liked this! It was the perfect balance of angst, hurt, comfort, and a teensy bit of fluff. Ed and Al were in character as well, which would be difficult considering the idea of this fiction. Also, my name's Avery, I'm female, same as the little girl Ed saved. I did a double take when I read that! XD
