I was afraid at the note a couple chapters ago about a new author. I am glad that the story has only improved. A story of self reflection and changing ideals/hate. I can see a similar story of a child soldier or s former Neo Nazi who is forced to work in society. I really hope Garrus travels to meet the Krogan, that might not break his spirit or his reverence but he should enjoy himself.

As for Maestrius, I hope she travels with Samara. That was one of my favorite arcs of ME2. I also hope she meets the mistress of Omega. She will meet her match and possibly prove to be wanting.

Hmmmm. The Farseer whants a child, but not with any other race but her own, or she was really good at keeping her poker face on. Or lasboy is again having a religious crisis, only this time he is on a brink of snaping and maybe going on a zealous rampage. Hmmmm. Also it seems to me that farseer shows more of herself to lasboy that everyone else, well that is just the power of plot trying to get them closer. Am a little sad that there are 3 chaps per year. But a good story needs time.

Small note: a “field officer” usually refers to a major through colonel. August, as a captain, would be a company-grade officer. Otherwise I’m impressed with your grasp on military knowledge and culture. All pretty accurate, which is a nice touch on a story that is good anyway.

I would have expected our lasboy to ask for permission to go on an most holy Pilgrimage to Earth from Shepherd. And maybe go up mt. Everest for inspiration. If not the manperer then at least a lesser saint or even Kitten awnsering his prayers. In kittens case he would think he was dreaming.
